Zozo's Kitchen is coming to Riverchase, and Dutch Bros to U.S. 31
Zozo's Kitchen plans a Riverchase location at 1851 Montgomery Highway in the former Hunan Garden space, opening date to be determined. The city confirmed a Dutch Bros coffee shop will open on U.S. 31 near Dale's and Dollar Tree.
Two new places are planned along the Montgomery Highway corridor near us. Neither has an opening date yet, so treat both as planned, not open.
Zozo’s Kitchen
Zozo’s Kitchen is opening a new location in Riverchase at 1851 Montgomery Hwy, Ste 101, in the former Hunan Garden space. The opening date is listed as “TBD.” It would join Zozo’s locations in Homewood, Cahaba Heights and Tuscaloosa (Bham Now, October 21, 2026). Bham Now describes the menu as Greek-inspired and credits the Birmingham Business Journal with the original report.
Dutch Bros
The coffee chain will open along U.S. 31 near Dale’s and Dollar Tree, which the city of Hoover confirmed to WBRC. “No additional details or timeline were immediately made available” (WBRC, October 20, 2026).
